We offer dedicated 1-hour massage services as well as soft tissue work as part of physiotherapy and chiropractic.
A lot of us are under chronic stress at work. Yes there are the psychological tension that we are all increasingly aware of, and there is also the physical manifestation of tension on the neck and shoulders that we cannot shrug off.
We recommend breathing exercises, visualisation, meditation, gentle movement and stretching to maintain blood flow to these tight neck and shoulder muscles. If they don’t help enough, then massage is an excellent way to help ease that sense of burden, and prevent build-up of tension on our shoulders.
Massage services are $100 per hour. Packages of 5 sessions with a 10% discount, or $450 for 5 sessions are available, to be used within 12 months of the initial purchase date.
Bookings for massage are essential. Cancellation Policy applies for missed appointments and late cancellations.
