Cancellation Policy

We reserve the time slot and the personnel specially for you. You will be charged a 50% late cancellation fee if:

  • you cancel or change your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time;
  • you do not show up for your appointment, or
  • you are late for your appointment by more than 15 minutes and we are unable to be see you without affecting someone else’s appointment.
