Well and More Clinic’s physiotherapists and chiropractors are accredited providers with SIRA (State Insurance Regulatory Authority), the governing authority for workers’ rehabilitation in the state of New South Wales.
We treat patients who suffer or sustain injuries at work, and liaise with the workers’ doctors, employers, rehabilitation coordinators, and insurance companies.
We also provide ergonomic consults. From time to time, if we identify systemic, design or structural factors which contribute to a worker’s injury, we will also make appropriate recommendations for change, as it is better to prevent an injury than to manage one when it happens.
By working together with the doctors, the employer and the insurer, the patient/client can feel assured, returning to employment in a progressive and safe manner, to work well and stay well.
