Tip of the Week

With increased use of electronic devices, we see children develop wear-and-tear previously seen in older adults.

We recommend limiting the use of devices to 20 minutes at a time before a stretch break, to rest the eyes and neck, walk around, think tall, take a few deep and slow breaths and expand the ribs.

If your child experiences symptoms such as neck pain, headache, or low back pain, specific treatment and advice may be needed. We also provide free scoliosis screening for children.
